Martin produced the 00-18 with Brazilian Rosewood back and sides until 1917, going to mahogany in 1918. This 1915 guitar is a beautiful example in remarkable condition. It has recently undergone restoration work by Dave King, namely a neck reset, new bridge and refinish.

The back and sides are crack-free. The top has had a crack near the centre seam professionally repaired sometime in the past, and there some repaired cracks under the fingerboard, which are not visible.

The tone of this guitar is superb, as you would expect from a Brazilian Rosewood Martin from this period.

    Modern hard-shell case.
